1. GENERAL PROVISIONS

This Privacy Policy describes how Litbuk Ltd collects, uses, stores and protects the personal data of Users when using the litbuk.club website.
The Platform's activities are governed by the Protection of Privacy Law, 5741-1981, the directives of the Israel Privacy Authority (PPA), and the international standards of GDPR (for EU residents) and CCPA (for US residents).

To process payments, the Platform uses technical solutions from Allpay (Israel). The Platform does not collect, store, or process sensitive bank card data (full card number, expiration date, CVV code). This data is entered on Allpay's secure hosted page, which complies with the international PCI-DSS security standard.
To comply with Israeli tax laws, your information (first name, last name, email, order amount, and order contents) is automatically transferred from the Allpay system to a certified electronic invoicing service (EasyCount) to generate closing documents and send a receipt to your email. The calculation algorithms use the current tax rate of 18% for transactions within Israel.

Registration data: first name, last name, email address, login and password.
Transaction data: purchase history (PPD), subscription status, payment date and time. The Platform records successful payment as transmitted by the Allpay gateway.
Identification of residents: When making a payment through Allpay, Users located in Israel may be required to enter an identity card number (Teudat Zehut) by the payment system for transaction verification by the acquirer. For payers outside of Israel, this field is automatically hidden, and the Platform does not collect ID numbers.
Technical data: IP address, geolocation, browser type, cookies and analytics data about listening/reading books.

Providing access to digital content and subscription management.
Processing payments through the Allpay gateway and preventing fraudulent transactions.
Automatic issuance and sending of tax documents (Heshbonit Mas / Kabalat) to account holders.
Sending marketing and informational mailings (only with the prior express consent of the User (Opt-In) in accordance with the Israeli Spam Law).

Users have the right to access, correct, update or delete their personal data (the "right to be forgotten").
The User can revoke their consent to marketing communications at any time by clicking the "Unsubscribe" button in the email or by contacting support.

Personal data is stored in encrypted form for as long as the User has an active account on the Platform, or for the periods established by the tax legislation of the State of Israel for the storage of financial records (at least 7 years for transaction data).
